These Terms of Service govern your use of Artisanwylight's event styling and party design services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
Artisanwylight provides event styling, party design, and related decorative services. All services are subject to availability and require prior consultation and agreement. We offer a range of services including but not limited to venue decoration, table styling, lighting design, floral arrangements, balloon art, and complete event transformation.
Our services are customized for each client and event. We work closely with you to understand your vision and create a styling plan that meets your needs and preferences.
All services are provided in accordance with Australian consumer law and industry standards.
Services must be booked in advance. A non-refundable deposit is typically required to secure your event date. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be outlined in your service agreement. Final payment is usually due before or on the day of your event, as specified in your agreement.
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as agreed upon. All prices are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change, but once a service agreement is signed, the agreed price will be honored.
Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to withhold services or materials if payment is not received as agreed.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their event, including date, time, location, guest count, venue restrictions, access requirements, and any specific requirements or preferences. Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional charges or inability to provide certain services.
Clients must ensure that we have adequate access to the venue for setup and breakdown. This includes providing necessary keys, access codes, or coordinating with venue management. Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permits or permissions from venue management or local authorities.
Clients must inform us of any changes to event details as soon as possible. Changes made close to the event date may incur additional charges or may not be possible to accommodate.
We reserve the right to make reasonable modifications to service plans based on venue conditions, availability of materials, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any necessary modifications to you as soon as possible and work with you to find suitable alternatives when needed.
If you request changes to the agreed service plan, we will do our best to accommodate them, subject to availability and additional charges as applicable. Significant changes may require a new service agreement.
We are not responsible for delays or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, venue closures, or supplier failures.
Artisanwylight will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing services. However, we are not liable for damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including weather, venue restrictions, client-provided information errors, third-party actions, or force majeure events.
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress.
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our business operations. Clients are encouraged to maintain their own event insurance as appropriate.
We are not responsible for damage to client property unless caused by our negligence. Clients are responsible for securing their own valuables and personal property.
Cancellation terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally, cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund of amounts paid, minus the non-refundable deposit and any costs already incurred.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date typically forfeit all payments, as we may be unable to secure alternative bookings at short notice. However, we will work with you to find a mutually acceptable solution when possible.
All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of cancellation confirmation.
If we are unable to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund all payments made, minus any costs already incurred that cannot be recovered.
All design concepts, styling plans, mood boards, photographs, and creative work created by Artisanwylight remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for other events without our written permission.
We may use photographs of events we have styled for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing. We respect your privacy and will not use images that identify individuals without consent.
You grant us permission to photograph and document the event styling we provide for our portfolio and marketing materials.
If you have any concerns or complaints about our services, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with Australian law. Both parties agree to act in good faith in any dispute resolution process.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia and the state of Victoria. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
For existing service agreements, the terms in effect at the time of agreement will continue to apply unless both parties agree to modifications.
